Peanut/Groundnut/Shenga 1 bowl
Dry red chilies 8-9
Cumin 2 tsp
Sesame seeds 2 tsp
Garlic 1 clove (very little)

Method:

1. Dry roast peanut, red chilies, cumin and sesame seeds SEPARATELY. Let it cool. Remove the outer skin of peanut.

2. Combine all the roasted ingredients, salt and garlic in a blender and blend it into coarse powder. Store it in an airtight container.

Pineapple chopped 1 ½ cups
