Potato-Bell Pepper Sabzi


Potato medium size 3
Bell pepper 1-2
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Fennel seeds ¼ tsp


1. Peel, wash and chop potatoes into cubes. Wash and cut the Bell pepper (discard the seeds).

2. Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds fry. Add chopped potatoes and salt cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped Bell pepper, red chilli powder, fennel powder and turmeric powder. Mix well. Cover the lid and cook for few minutes in low heat. Sprinkle some water if required.

3. Once the veggies cooked well, switch off the stove.

4. This sabzi goes well with chapatti, roti and rice.
