Onion Chutney



Ingredients:

Onion medium size 1
Garlic cloves 5-6
Fresh Coconut grated 4 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 3 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Tamarind grape size
Jaggery grape size
Salt
Oil

Method:

1. Heat 2-3 tsp of oil in a frying pan, add garlic fry them. Add chopped onion and fry till soft. Add grated coconut, coriander leaves, tamarind and red chili powder fry them for 2 mins. Switch off the stove and let it cool down.

2.Combine all the fried ingredients in a blender, add jaggery and salt. Blend into smooth paste.

3. Simple, easy and tasty onion chutney is ready to serve. It goes well with dosa, chapati, roti etc.
