Ingredients:
Ripe Lychee 10-15
Cold Milk 1 cup
Vanilla Ice cream 1 scoop
Honey 2-3 tsp
Method:
1. Peel the skin of Lychee. Remove the seeds.
2. Combine Lychee pulp, cold milk, vanilla ice cream and honey in a blender and blend till smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and add a spoon of honey and serve.
