Egg Biryani




Ingredients:

Rice 2 cups
Egg 2
1 Onion chopped
4 green chillies chopped
2tsp Pudina(dry or fresh)
1tsp Ginger paste
1tsp Garlic paste
4 cloves
1"cinnamom
1/2 tsp pepper corns
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
salt
3-4 tsp yogurt
2tsp Bombay biryani powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Bay leaf 1-2
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
Oil 3- 4tsp

Method:

1. Wash the rice and keep aside.

2. Heat oil in cooker and add clove, pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, pudina, green chillies one by one. Fry it.

3. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, fry it till golden.

4. Add eggs, mix well and leave it to cook.

5. Now add rice, 4 cups of water, salt, biryani powder , chilli powder ,yogurt and finally add coriander leaves, lemon juice and cover the lid and cook till its done.
