Rajma, Corn and Dill Palya


Ingredients:

1 Cup Rajma (Kidney Bean)
1 Cup Fresh Corn
2 Cups Dill Leaves (Sabsige soppu )
2 tsp Oil
Mustard
Cumin
Curry Leaf 1 strand
Chopped onion 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Chopped Tomato 1 cup
Green chillies 4
Salt
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Little Turmeric
Grated coconut 2 tsp(optional)

Method:

1. Soak Rajma (kidney bean) overnight.

2. Cook rajma, corn, dill in pressure cooker with little salt and water.

3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard, cumin, green chilies, curry leaf, onion ,garlic and fry them until brown, add tomato and salt, cover it. Let it cook in medium flame.

4. Add cooked rajma, corn and dill mix well and add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and cumin powder. Cook for few minutes.

5. Grated coconut can be added at the end.
