ABC Halwa


Ingredients:

Chopped Apple (without skin) 1 cup
Chopped Banana 1 cup
Grated Carrot 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Grated Coconut 1 cup
Sugar ½ to 1 cup
Ghee ¾ cup
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp

Method:

1. Cook grated carrot in pressure cooker.

2. Take apple, banana, grated coconut and milk in a thick bottomed pan. Cook for few mins.

3. Add cooked carrot into it. Add ghee and sugar. Mix well. Cook until sticky consistency.

4. Add cardamom powder. Mix well and switch off the stove.

5. ABC Halwa is ready to eat.
