Moong dal/Hesarubele Kosambari



Ingredients:

Moong dal/Hesarubele 1 cup
Chana dal/Kadle bele 2-3 tsp
Green chillies 3
Curry leaves 4-5
Coriander leaves (chopped) 3 tsp
Grated coconut 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Mustard
Salt

Method:

1. Soak moong dal and chana dal in water for 1-2 hrs. Drain
the water.

2. Take a bowl and add soaked moong dal, chana dal, chopped
green chillies, grated coconut, lemon juice, coriander leaves
and salt. Mix well. Keep aside.

3. For seasoning heat oil, add mustard when it splutter add
curry leaves and pour it to part 2 and mix well. Hesarubele
kosambari is ready to serve.
