Ingredients:
Rice 1 cup
Boiled rice (kuchalakki)1 cup
Urad dal 3/4 cup
Thick poha/beaten rice 1/2 cup
Fenugreek 2 tsp
Chana dal 2 tsp
Salt
Water
Oil
Method:
1. Soak rice, boiled rice, urad dal, thick poha, fenugreek and chana dal for 5-6 hrs.
2. Wash the soaked ingredients. Grind them into smooth batter by adding water. Keep it overnight for fermentation.
3. Next day add salt to the batter and mix well.
4. Pour ladle full of batter on hot tava. Let it spread itself. When it forms pores, add some oil and turn, cook for few mins in medium heat.
5. Serve hot dosa with chutney or any vegetable sambar.
Note: Set dosa should be spongy, thick and small.
