Aloo/Potato Sabzi


Potato 2
Chilli powder 1-2 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Cumin ¼ tsp
Oma ¼ tsp
Mustard ¼ tsp
Asafoetida pinch


1. Wash and peel the skin of potato. Chop into small pieces.
[Put the chopped potato
in water ]

2. Heat 2 tsp oil, add mustard, cumin, oma and asafoetida
one by one. Add chopped
potatoes and salt. Cook for few
minutes in medium heat.

3. Add chilli powder and turmeric powder. Sprinkle some
water and cook for 15-20
minutes in medium heat.

4. Aloo sabzi is ready to serve. It goes well with Chapati,
roti and rice.
