Enoki Mushroom and Egg Bhurji


Ingredients:

Enoki Mushrom 2 pack[get it in Chinese market]
Egg 2-3
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Ginger (minced)½ tsp
Garlic (minced) ½ tsp
Green chillies 4
Aniseed small piece
Garam masala ¼ tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Cilantro ¼ cup (chopped)
Salt
Oil

Method:

1. Cut the base of Enoki mushroom and wash. Keep aside.

2. Chop onion, tomato, cilantro and green chillies.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add aniseed, green chillies fry them.
Add onion, ginger and
garlic. Fry them till slightly golden.

4. Add enoki mushroom and little salt. Cook for few minutes.
[Enoki mushroom cooks
fast].

5. Add tomato, cover the lid and cook for another few minutes.
Add chilli powder,
garam masala and cumin powder.

6. Now add the eggs and mix well. Let it cook for few minutes.
Finally add
cilantro, mix well and switch off the stove.
