Ingredients:
All purpose flour /Maida 2 cups
Brown Sugar 2 cups
Desiccated coconut 2 cups
Coconut oil ¼ cup
Melted butter ¼ cup
Baking powder 1 tsp (I added baking soda instead of baking powder)
Salt ¼ tsp

1. Combine all purpose flour, brown sugar, desiccated coconut, baking
powder/baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
dough and make small balls out of it. Slightly press the balls.
4. Place the balls on foil covered baking tray or cookie sheet.
5. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake for about 30 minutes.
6. Coconut cookies are ready. After cooling store them in an air
tight container.
