Chocolate Cupcake




Ingredients:

Sugar 2 cups
Cocoa ½ cup
Butter 2/3 cup ( OR Blue Bonnet Oleo)
Eggs 2
All purpose flour/Maida 2 ½ cups
Boiling water 1 ½ cups
Baking soda 2 tsp
Vanilla 1 tsp

Method:

1. Combine sugar, cocoa and butter in a mixer and cream well. Beat in 2 eggs.

2. Take all purpose flour in a bowl. Set aside.

3. Pour boiling water on baking soda.

4. Now add flour and water alternately to the first mixture. Mix well and add vanilla.

5. Preheat oven to 375 degree F

6. Take a cupcake pan and place the liners. Pour the batter into liner till half full. Bake for 20-25 minutes in 375 degree F.
