Banana Chocolate Milkshake
Ingredients:
Milk 2 cups
Ripe Banana 1 (Cavendish) / small banana 2
Milk powder 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Flax seed powder 1 tsp
Honey 2 tsp
Method:
1. In a blender, combine milk, milk powder, cocoa powder, flax seed powder and honey, mix well. Now add chopped banana and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Note: I didn’t add sugar in this milkshake but still tastes great.
