Egg Bhurji




Ingredients:

Eggs 2
Onion (finely chopped) 1 cup
Green chillies (finely chopped) 2-3
Salt
Oil

Method:

1. Beat eggs and keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan, add chopped green chillies sauté. Add chopped onions and fry them till golden brown. Add little salt. Mix well.

3. Now add beaten eggs and toss with spatula until it is completely cooked. Add some salt. Switch off the stove.
