Tomato - Bell Pepper Chutney




Ingredients:

Tomato chopped 1 cup
Bell pepper chopped 1 cup
Sesame seeds ½ cup
Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
Salt
Oil

Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and garlic, fry them.

2. Add chopped tomato and capsicum fry, add sesame seeds and salt. Cook for few minutes. Switch off the stove. Let it cool.

3.Transfer it to a blender and add 2-3 tsp lemon juice. Blend till smooth.
