Green Chilli Chutney





Ingredients:

Green chillies 20
Peanut roasted 1/2 cup
Cumin 2-3 tsp
Garlic cloves 10
Turmeric powder pinch
1 lemon
Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup (optional)
Salt
Oil 2 tsp

Method:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan, add green chillies and fry them. In the same pan fry cumin seeds.

2. Take peanut in a blender and crush them. Keep aside.

3. Now peel the garlic cloves put it in blender. Add chopped coriander leaves, fried green chillies and cumin seeds, blend into paste. Finally add crushed peanut and blend.

4. Transfer the ground paste into a bowl. Squeeze in the lemon juice, add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.

5. Spicy green chilli chutney is ready to serve. It goes well with rice, roties, dosa etc.
