Peanut/Groundnut Juice





Ingredients:

Peanut/Groundnut 1 cup
Jaggery 1/2 to 1 cup (adjust the jaggery as per your taste)
Dates 10 ( you can add more)
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Water 2-3 cups

Method:

1. Soak Peanut in water for 2-3 hrs. Drain the water and peel the skin. Dissolve the jaggery in water. Filter it. De-seed the dates. 

2. Combine soaked Peanut, jaggery water, dates in a blender and make smooth paste. Transfer the paste into a vessel. Add water and cardamom powder mix well. 

3. Healthy Peanut/Groundnut juice is ready to serve.
