
Ingredients:
1 Cup chopped cabbage
1-2 Cups chopped tomato
1tsp Chana dal
1tsp Dhania (coriander)
3-4 Red chillies
Little ginger
2-3 Cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp Mustard
Tamarind
Oil
Salt
Method:
1. Cook cabbage and tomato in cooker.
2. Heat oil, fry mustard, chana dal, dhania, red chillies one by one.
3. Grind the part 1 and 2 along with tamarind, pinch of ginger and some garlic cloves into paste, mix well and finally add salt.
