Cabbage Tomato Chutney
Ingredients:1 Cup chopped cabbage1-2 Cups chopped tomato1tsp Chana dal1tsp Dhania (coriander)3-4 Red chilliesLittle ginger2-3 Cloves of garlic1/4 tsp MustardTamarindOilSalt
Method:1. Cook cabbage and tomato in cooker.2. Heat oil, fry mustard, chana dal, dhania, red chillies one by one. 3. Grind the part 1 and 2 along with tamarind, pinch of ginger and some garlic cloves into paste, mix well and finally add salt.
