Coconut Chutney



Ingredients:

1 cup grated coconut
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 onion chopped
4 green chillies
1tsp urd dal
4 cloves garlic
Small piece of ginger
Tamarind paste 1/4 tsp
Water
Salt

Method:

1. Dry roast urd dal. Fry green chillies. Switch off the stove and add onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and saute.

2. After cooling grind them with tamarind, salt, grated coconut and water into paste.
