Heerekayi Bonda /Ridge Gourd Pakoda
Ingredients:
1 Ridge gourd/Heerekayi
1 Cup Gram Flour
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder (optional)
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
Water
Salt
Oil
Method:
1. Cut the Ridge gourd into thin round slices.
2. Take a bowl ,add the chilli powder, gram flour, cumin powder and salt. Add water and mix well to make batter. Avoid using excess water.
3. Dip the Ridge gourd slices in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
4. Serve hot with tea.
