Hurulikalu (Horse Gram) Usli
Ingredients:
Curry leaf 1 strand
Molake hurulikalu 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Green chillies (chopped) 3-4
Grated coconut 2tsp
Oil/Ghee 1tsp
Lemon juice few drops
Salt
Method:
1. Soak Horse gram (Huruli kalu) in water overnight and next day remove water and let it keep in an air tight box to sprout.
2. Cook the sprouts in cooker with little salt.
3. Take 1 teaspoon oil/ghee in a pan, add mustard, green chilies, onion, curry leaf, fry them and add cooked sprouts. Mix well and add grated coconut. If u want u can add 2 to 3 drops of lemon juice.
