Onion Pakoda


Ingredients:

1 Large onion
1 Cup Gram Flour
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder(optional)
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
Salt
Oil

Method:

1. Cut the Onion into thin long slices.

2. Take a bowl, add the chilli powder, gram flour, cumin powder and salt. Add water and mix well to make batter. Avoid using excess water.

3. Dip the Onion slices in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
