Chicken Masala


Ingredients:

Chicken 1/2 kg
1 Chopped Onion (large)
1 Tomato chopped
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Cloves 4
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Cinnamon 1 stick
Black pepper 5-6
Black cardamom 1
Green cardamom 2
Bay leaf 1
Green chillies chopped 4-5
Coriander leaves chopped 1 cup
Chilli powder 3 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Salt
Oil

Method:

1. In a bowl add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Marinate the chicken with this mixture and leave it for 3-4 hrs. OR keep it in fridge for better marinate.

2. Heat oil, add cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom and pepper corns.

3. Add green chillies and fry. Add Onions, cook till it turns to golden. Add ginger garlic paste and fry.

4. Add Tomatoes and salt. Let it cook for few min.

5. Now add marinated chicken. Mix well and let it cook completely.

6. Finally add coriander leaf, pepper powder and lemon juice.
