Egg Keema


Ingredients:

Boiled eggs 6-7
Chopped tomatoes 3
Chopped onions 2
Chopped green chillies 4-5
Grated ginger 2tsp
Chopped garlic 5 cloves
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Garam masala ¼ tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin seeds ¼ tsp
Oil

Method:

1. Grate the boiled egg. Keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, garlic, green chillies, ginger one by one and then add onions. Mix well and cover the lid. Let it cook for few minutes.

3. Add red chilli powder and cover the lid, cook for few minutes. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix well.

4. Add tomatoes and salt mix well. Cover the lid cook for few minutes.

5. Add grated egg, mix well and cook for few minutes. Finally add garam masala. Switch off the stove.

6.Decorate with some pieces of boiled eggs.
