Potato Cookies


Ingredients:

1 Cup potato (mashed)
2 Cups maida/all purpose flour
¼ Cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
¼ Cup butter
2-3 tsp milk

Method:

1. Cook potatoes peel the skin and mash it.

2. Take a bowl and add maida, sugar, baking soda and salt. Mix well.

3. Add mashed potato and butter. Mix well.

4. Prepare smooth dough by gradually adding milk.

5. Roll out the dough to ½ inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.

6. Bake them in hot oven at 400F for 12-15 minutes. Observe in between.
