Uddina Dosa


Ingredients:

Rice 1 cup
Urd dal ¼ cup
Fenugreek (Methi) 2 tsp
Boiled rice 3 tsp
Beaten rice 2 tsp
Oats ¼ cup (optional)
Salt

Method:

1. Soak rice, urd dal, fenugreek, boiled rice in water for 4-5 hrs.

2. Wash the soaked ingredients and grind them with beaten rice and oats into smooth batter. Add enough water and keep it overnight for fermentation.

3. Next morning add salt and mix well.

4. Heat the tava and pour about 1 Tbsp of batter in the center, spread with back of the spoon.

5. When it becomes dry apply some ghee or butter on it.

6. Cook for few seconds, serve hot with chutney or aloo playa.
