Banana Dosa
Ingredients:
Riped Bananas 2 (large size)
Rice flour 1 cup
Maida/All purpose flour ½ cup
Jaggery ¼ cup
Water ¼ cup
Chopped dry fruits (raisins, cashew, pista, almond) ¼ cup
Ghee/Butter
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Method:
1. Mash the bananas into fine paste.
2. Take a bowl and add mashed bananas, rice flour, maida, dry fruits, cardamom powder, jaggery and water. Mix well. (batter is thicker than the regular dosa batter)
3. Heat a non stick pan pour one spoon batter and spread it into small disc. Cook till golden brown on both the side.
4. Serve hot with ghee or butter.
