Ingredients:
Masoor dal/Red Lentils 1 cup

Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Method:
1. Wash and pressure cook Masoor dal in 3 cups of water.
2. Cut onion, tomatoes and green chillies.
3. Heat Oil in a pan add cumin seeds. Add green chillies fry them. Add
onion and fry them till golden. Add tomatoes and little salt. Cook for
few minutes.

4. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala
and turmeric powder mix well and fry them for few more minutes.

5. Add cooked dal, little salt and mix well. Cook for another 5
minutes in low to medium heat. Switch off the stove.

6. Masoor dal is ready to serve. It goes well with Chapati and Rice.
