Ingredients:
Onion finely chopped ½ cup
Tomato finely chopped ½ -1 cup
Green chillies 4
Red chilli powder ¼ tsp (optional)
Salt
Oil
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green chillies fry them. Add onion, fry them till transparent. Add tomatoes and salt. Let it cook for few minutes on low heat.
2. Add red chilli powder, mix well. Add paneer, mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat. Switch off the stove.
3. Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve.
Note: You can also add turmeric powder and coriander leaves.
