Ingredients:
Flattened rice/poha (thin variety) 4 cups
Jaggery Powder 1 cupGrated coconut 5-6 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Method:
1. Heat jaggery and little water in a vessel. Once jaggery melts, switch off the stove.
2. Filter the syrup into a large bowl and let it cool.
3. Add grated coconut, cardamom powder and poha. Mix well. Add ghee, mix well. Add some water if required and mix.
4. Serve with evening tea or coffee.
