Ingredients:
Buttermilk 1 cup (or Yogurt 1 cup + water 1 cup)
Water 1 cup (optional)
Green chillies (chopped) 2
Ginger small piece
Cilantro finely chopped 1 tsp
Mint finely chopped 1 tsp
Salt
Water 1 cup (optional)

Method:
1. Take buttermilk/yogurt, water and salt in a blender and
whisk.
2. Add chopped green chillies, ginger, cilantro and mint.
Mix well and filter.
3. Pour into glasses. Serve chilled.
