Bitter Gourd Chips



Ingredients:

Bitter gourd 2-3
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil 3-4 tsp

Method:

1. Wash the bitter gourd and slice them into thin rings.

2. In a bowl combine oil, chillipowder, turmeric powder and salt,
apply it on both the side of sliced bitter gourd. Set aside.

3. After 30 minutes spread them in rows on a foil covered baking
tray and bake them at 360 F for 10 min.

4. Broil each side for about 2-5 min until they are golden brown.

5. Crispy Bitter gourd chips are ready to serve.
